With over 245 exhibits servicing the food industry, you can comparison shop and get the best information for your business needs. Tabletop exhibitors offer: ingredients (spices, gums, flavors, dairy, confectionery, nuts, etc.), additives, packaging, sanitation supplies, analytical services, and more. Exhibit hours are 3:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. and registration is FREE. During the evening, an extensive dinner buffet, beer and soft drinks will also be provided free of charge.
TECHNICAL PROGRAM
A Technical Seminar will be held the afternoon of Thursday, March 11th from 9:00 a.m. - 11:30 p.m. and 12:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. The seminar is also FREE to all participants and designed to make the vast resources and technical expertise available for everyone to grow professionally.
